1. A method for producing a dispersion of carbonaceous material in a nonaqueous liquid comprising a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic amide compound, wherein the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic amide compound has a purity of 99.9% or higher as measured by gas chromatography, which comprises:
confirming a concentration of amine compounds in the nonaqueous liquid to be less than 3×10−6 in mass fraction;
confirming a moisture concentration in the nonaqueous liquid to be less than 5×10−4 in mass fraction; and
if both the concentration of amine compounds and the moisture concentration conditions are met, dispersing a carbonaceous material in the nonaqueous liquid to obtain a carbonaceous material concentration of 15 to 30% by mass based on the total mass of the dispersion.
