1. A method for manufacturing a secondary battery in a multilayer structure, the method comprising:
compressing a solid first electrode mixture to manufacture a plurality of first electrodes; and
compressing a solid second electrode mixture to manufacture a plurality of second electrodes;
manufacturing a first unit electrode layer consisting essentially of the plurality of first electrodes by connecting the plurality of first electrodes without a collector such that each of the plurality of first electrodes is directly connect to adjacent first electrodes in a thickness direction; and
manufacturing a second unit electrode layer consisting essentially of the plurality of second electrodes by connecting the plurality of second electrodes without a collector such that each of the plurality of second electrodes is directly connect to adjacent second electrodes in a thickness direction;
attaching a plurality of first electrode tabs to a side surface of the first unit electrode; and
attaching a plurality of second electrode tabs to a side surface of the second unit electrode; and
alternately laminating the first unit electrode layer and the second unit electrode layer and interposing a separator between each of the first and second unit electrode layers to manufacture an electrode assembly.
