               1. A light-emitting device comprising:
            a body comprising a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer;
                a first electrode and a second electrode provided on a first surface of the body, the first electrode and the second electrode being in contact with a first surface of the first semiconductor layer and a first surface of the second semiconductor layer, respectively;
                a third electrode and a fourth electrode provided on a second surface of the body, the third electrode and the fourth electrode being in contact with the first surface of the first semiconductor layer and a second surface of the second semiconductor layer opposite to the first surface of the second semiconductor layer, respectively; and
                a first trench passing through the first semiconductor layer and the active layer and exposing the second semiconductor layer,
                wherein the second electrode is in contact with the first surface of the first semiconductor layer via the first trench, the fourth electrode is in contact with the second surface of the second semiconductor layer, and the second electrode and the fourth electrode are not connected to each other.
