1. A system comprising at least one processor and at least one memory storing instructions, wherein the system further comprises a data store containing one or more sets of personality trait information about one or more personality traits, respectively, and the system presents at least one digital page containing content taken from the one or more sets of personality trait information, the at least one processor operable when executing the instructions to:
identify information about an original assessment of a targeted personality trait of the one or more personality traits, wherein the original assessment is indicative of an original level of the targeted personality trait for a user, and a set of the one or more sets corresponds to the targeted personality trait;
identify one or more actions comprising at least one brain action and at least one mind action, wherein the identification is based at least in part on the corresponding set and the at least one processor enforces restriction on type of actions that can be identified based at least in part on effect of mind on the targeted personality trait;
wherein the content presented on the at least one digital page, taken from the corresponding set of the one or more sets, facilitates performance by the user of the identified one or more actions, the user performance of the one or more actions to affect Axons, Receptors, or number of Neurons correlated with the targeted personality trait to improve the targeted personality trait; and
wherein each set of the one or more sets includes at least one prediction value for a corresponding trait of the one or more personality traits, each prediction value indicative of a predicted impact of an action of the identified one or more actions, and wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
deterministically modify a value associated with the original assessment based at least in part on 1) information about which one(s) of the identified one or more actions are performed by the user and 2) using a corresponding one of the one or more predefined sets of values; and
provide an updated assessment of the targeted personality trait based at least in part on said deterministically modifying.
