1. A method of processing impression information from a vehicle having advertising displayed exterior to the vehicle, the method being performed by an analytics system and comprising:
receiving:
an identifier of a mobile communication device obtained from scanning radio frequencies using a radio scanner of the vehicle, and
vehicle location information determined from a global positioning module of the vehicle; and
determining that the vehicle was in proximity to the mobile communication device; and
when the vehicle was in the proximity to the mobile communication device, transmitting an advertising message to the mobile communication device through a website, wherein the advertising message is based on the vehicle location information and the advertising displayed external to the vehicle.
