1. A system, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory coupled to the one or more processors and storing program instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to at least:
collect interaction data between a plurality of users and items available from a materials handling facility, the interaction data including an interaction, at a first time, between a first user and a first item;
detect at a second time, an action performed with respect to a second item located at an inventory location within the materials handling facility, wherein the second item is related to the first item;
identify the first user and a second user as candidates that performed the action;
analyze the interaction data to determine which candidate performed the action;
determine, based at least in part on the interaction at the first time, that the first user of the candidates performed the action with respect to the second item at the second time; and
update the interaction data to include an association between the first user and the action with respect to the second item at the second time.

15. A method, comprising:
collecting, by a computing device, interaction data between a plurality of users and items available from a materials handling facility;
detecting, by the computing device, an action performed at a first time with respect to a first item located at an inventory location within the materials handling facility;
identifying, by the computing device, at least a first user and a second user as candidates that performed the action;
analyzing, by the computing device, the interaction data to determine at least one of:
the first user interacted with the first item prior to the first time; or
the first user is associated with a second item that is related to the first item; and
designating, by the computing device, the first user of the candidates as performing the action with respect to the first item located at the inventory location.
