1. A storage device configured to be connected to a redundant array of inexpensive disk (RAID) controller, the storage device comprising:
a plurality of non-volatile memories; and
a memory controller configured to control the plurality of non-volatile memories to store data distributed by the RAID controller, based on a RAID configuration signal received from the RAID controller,
wherein the memory controller is further configured to perform self-diagnosis on the plurality of non-volatile memories to determine whether at least one of the plurality of non-volatile memories has an uncorrectable error when the RAID configuration signal is deactivated.
