1. A Doppler radar apparatus, comprising:
a transmitter, transmitting a radio frequency signal to a field, wherein the radio frequency signal includes a plurality of frames;
a receiver, coupled to the transmitter and receiving a reflected signal corresponding to the radio frequency signal from the field; and
a processor, coupled to the receiver and configured to:
detect a target in the field according to the reflected signal;
switch from a normal working mode to a power saving mode according to workload reduction information in response to the target not being detected in the field, the workload reduction information includes a total number of frames corresponding to the radio frequency signal and a number of detection signals emitted in each of the frames, wherein
workload of the radio frequency signal in the power saving mode decreases based on the workload reduction information,
adjust the frequency of the radio frequency signal according to workload reduction information during the power saving mode; and
instruct the transmitter to stop transmitting the radio frequency signal within the waiting time after switching from the normal working mode to the power saving mode.
