1. A wellbore magnetic tool apparatus for generating a magnetic field emanating from a tubing string having a tubing passage extending longitudinally through the tubing string, the wellbore tool apparatus comprising:
a tubular body including a longitudinal passage extending axially through the tubular body between opposing ends of the tubular body;
tubing connectors mounted on the opposing ends of the tubular body respectively so as to be arranged to connect the tubular body in series with the tubing string such that the longitudinal passage of the tubular body communicates with the tubing passage of the tubing string;
a plurality of magnetic elements, each magnetic element having a magnetic field extending in a field direction from a first pole at a first end to a second pole at a second end of the magnetic element;
one or more cavities formed in the tubular body to as to be arranged to receive the magnetic elements therein such that the field directions of all magnetic elements are substantially aligned in a common direction extending along a diametrical axis of the tubular body;
said one or more cavities being open inwardly towards the longitudinal passage within the tubular body so as to be arranged to receive the magnetic elements inserted therein through the longitudinal passage in the tubular body; and
one or more covers arranged to close said one or more cavities relative to the longitudinal passage in the tubular body with the plurality of magnetic elements enclosed within said one or more cavities;
wherein said one or more covers comprises an inner sleeve defining a portion of a length of the longitudinal passage through the tubular body.
