a first support member, wherein one end of said first support member is operatively coupled to said main body portion of said rotatable roller;
a second support member, wherein one end of said second support member is operatively coupled to said pivotable flapper portion to facilitate pivoting of said pivotable flapper portion relative to said main body portion of said rotatable roller; and
a limiting mechanism to interact with said pivotable flapper portion of said rotatable roller to restrict vertical movement and a vertical position of a bottom rail as said second support member is moved laterally with respect to the first support member,
wherein said limiting mechanism comprises a flexible strap having a first end and a second end, a first end of the flexible strap coupled to said pivotable flapper portion and the second end of the flexible strap coupled to a cam housing.
