1. A photoelectric conversion element comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode; and
a photoelectric conversion film which is placed between the first electrode and the second electrode and which contains a composition containing a naphthalocyanine derivative represented by the following formula and at least one of an organic p-type semiconductor or an organic n-type semiconductor mixed with the composition:

R9 to R12 are independently a naphthyl group, a biphenyl group, a phenanthryl group, an anthryl group, a terphenyl group, a pyrenyl group, a fluorenyl group, a perylenyl group, or a heteroaryl group, and
at least one hydrogen atom in at least one selected from the group consisting of R9, R10, R11, and R12 is substituted by a nitro group, a cyano group, a fluoro group, a fluorine-containing group, a diazo group, a sulfonyl group, a carbonyl group, an isothiocyanate group, a thiocyanate group, a chloro group, a bromo group, or an iodo group.
