1. A compound of Formula 1:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15 and R16 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, nitro, cyano, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocyclyl, aralkyl, heteroaryl and heteroaralkyl,
wherein the alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocyclyl, aralkyl, heteroaryl and heteroaralkyl may be optionally substituted with one or more of methyl, ethyl, halogen, nitro, methoxy, or cyano groups, and
wherein if R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R15 and R16 are all hydrogen, R13 and R14 are not bonded to each other to form a cyclopropyl group.
