1. A compound having the formula
Rf—[C(O)NH—R1—N(R2)—CH2CH2—C(O)—X-L-PI)]n
wherein
Rf is a monovalent perfluorooxyalkyl group or divalent perfluorooxyalkylene group;
R1 is an alkylene group optionally containing one or more catenary oxygen atoms,
R2 is H or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms,
X is —O—, —S—, or —NR3—, wherein R3 is H or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms,
L is a covalent bond or divalent organic linking group;
PI is a photoinitiator group;
n is 1 when Rf is a monovalent perfluorooxyalkyl group or n is 2 when Rf is a divalent perfluorooxyalkylene group.
