1. A plastic preform comprising:
a neck portion including a plurality of threads;
an elongated body portion including a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment; and
an end cap,
wherein the first segment is nearer the neck portion than is the second segment,
wherein the third segment is nearer the end cap than is the second segment, and
wherein the first segment wall thickness is about 0.2 mm to about 0.9 mm.
