1. A method for treatment of undesirable material within a vasculature of a body, the method comprising:
placing at least a portion of an aspiration cannula at least partially within the vasculature;
aspirating at least a portion of the undesirable material and blood through the aspiration cannula and into a reservoir coupled to the aspiration cannula;
coupling the reservoir in fluid communication with a filter assembly and a pump;
driving the portion of the undesirable material and the aspirated blood from the reservoir through the filter assembly into the pump, wherein the filter assembly is configured to filter the portion of the undesirable material from the aspirated blood to produce filtered blood;
coupling the pump in fluid communication with a reinfusion cannula at least partially positioned within the vasculature; and
driving the filtered blood from the pump through the reinfusion cannula into the vasculature.
