1. A cleaning device comprising:
a vacuum cleaner including a dust collecting bin; and
a docking station capable of connecting with the vacuum cleaner,
wherein the docking station is configured to:
electrically connect to a charging terminal of the vacuum cleaner in response to the vacuum cleaner being coupled to the docking station,
open or close a dust collecting bin door disposed at a lower portion of the dust collecting bin,
move air from the dust collecting bin into the docking station, and
collect foreign matter such that the foreign matter moves with the air,
wherein the docking station includes a controller configured to:
supply a first suctioning air flow to the dust collecting bin,
perform a discharge operation in response to the dust collecting bin door being opened,
control the docking station to periodically change a suction force of the first suctioning air flow while performing the discharge operation, and
close the dust collecting bin door in response to an end of the discharge operation, wherein the docking station further includes a communication interface,
wherein the controller is further configured to:
control the communication interface to transmit, to the vacuum cleaner, a control command for a cleaner suction device of the vacuum cleaner to sup-ply a second suctioning air flow while the discharge operation is performed, and
control the communication interface to transmit, to the vacuum cleaner, a control command for the cleaner suction device to continuously operate while the docking station periodically changes the suction force, and
wherein the first suctioning air flow supplied by the docking station moves in a direction opposite to the second suctioning air flow supplied by the cleaner suction device of the vacuum cleaner.

19. A cleaning device comprising:
a vacuum cleaner including a dust collecting bin; and
a docking station capable of connecting with the vacuum cleaner,
wherein the docking station is configured to:
electrically connect to a charging terminal of the vacuum cleaner is response to the vacuum cleaner being coupled to the docking station,
open or close a dust collecting bin door disposed at a lower portion of the dust collecting bin,
move air from the dust collecting bin into the docking station, and
collect foreign matter such that the foreign matter moves with the air,
wherein the docking station includes a controller configured to:
supply a first suctioning air flow to the dust collecting bin,
perform a discharge operation in response to the dust collecting bin door being opened, and
close the dust collecting bin door in response to an end of the discharge operation, wherein the docking station further includes a communication interface,
wherein the controller is further configured to:
control the communication interface to transmit, to the vacuum cleaner, a control command for a cleaner suction device of the vacuum cleaner to supply a second suctioning air flow while the discharge operation is performed, and
control the communication interface to transmit, to the vacuum cleaner, a control command while controlling the docking station to supply the first suctioning air flow such that an operation of the docking station supplying the first suctioning air flow and an operation of the cleaner suction device supplying the second suctioning air flow alternate with respect to each other while the discharge operation is performed, and
wherein the first suctioning air flow supplied by the docking station moves in a direction opposite to the second suctioning air flow supplied by the cleaner suction device of the vacuum cleaner.
