1. An organic electroluminescent compound represented by Formula A:

wherein X is O, S or NR9, each Y is CR10 or N, each Z is independently CR11R12, NR13, O or S, R1 to R13 are identical to or different from each other and are each independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylthioxy, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C30 arylthioxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkylsilyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylsilyl, nitro, cyano, halogen, and —N(R14)(R15), with the proviso that R11 to R13 are each independently optionally bonded to R1 and R8 or R3 and R4 to form an alicyclic or aromatic monocyclic or polycyclic ring and that R11 and R12 are optionally linked to each other to form an alicyclic or aromatic monocyclic or polycyclic ring, and R14 and R15 are identical to or different from each other and are each independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C50 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C50 heteroaryl, with the proviso that R14 and R15 are optionally linked to each other to form an alicyclic or aromatic monocyclic or polycyclic ring, the “substituted” in the definition of “substituted or unsubstituted” indicating substitution with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium, cyano, halogen, hydroxyl, nitro, C1-C24 alkyl, C1-C24 haloalkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, C2-C24 alkynyl, C1-C24 heteroalkyl, C3-C24 cycloalkyl, C6-C24 aryl, C7-C24 arylalkyl, C7-C24 alkylaryl, C2-C24 heteroaryl, C2-C24 heteroarylalkyl, C1-C24 alkoxy, C1-C24 alkylamino, C6-C24 arylamino, C1-C24 heteroarylamino, C1-C24 alkylsilyl, C6-C24 arylsilyl, and C6-C24 aryloxy.
