1. A method, comprising:
collecting first computing asset information associated with multiple computing assets within a networked computing environment,
wherein the multiple computing assets include assets of multiple asset types,
wherein the first computing asset information is collected from a first data source within the networked computing environment, and wherein the first computing asset information comprises multiple identifiers associated with the multiple computing assets;
storing the first computing asset information, resulting in stored first computing asset information;
supplementing the stored first computing asset information with second computing asset information, resulting in supplemented computing asset information, wherein the second computing asset information is from a second data source different from the first data source and within the networked computing environment, wherein the second computing asset information comprises multiple attributes for association with respective computing assets of the multiple computing assets;
generating multiple log files based on the supplemented computing asset information, wherein the multiple log files are associated with the multiple computing assets, wherein each log file of the multiple log files comprises a respective identifier and a respective attribute associated with a respective computing asset; and
generating an asset search index based on the multiple log files.
