1. A system comprising:
a processor; and
memory coupled to the processor, the memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, perform operations comprising:
receiving, via a user interface, a request to group two windows displayed on the user interface that are associated with one or more applications;
accessing a container in which the two windows are arranged based on an automatic sizing and positioning of the two windows within the container, the container comprising one or more features enabling one or more group functions associated with the container to be performed, wherein a name portion of the container is automatically populated based on the one or more applications or content items associated with the two windows;
receiving, via the user interface, a request to perform a group function from the one or more group functions;
performing the group function to cause the two windows to behave uniformly as a single window in accordance with the group function.
