1. An electronic device comprising:
a processor configured to acquire secure state information of the electronic device; and
a secure element operating under the control of the processor, receiving secure state information of the electronic device from the processor, and including a repository for storing the acquired secure state information of the electronic device, wherein the secure state information includes at least one of a secure level of the electronic device or a kind of a secure problem of the electronic device,
wherein the secure element:
obtains a security-related service request command,
executes an applet corresponding to the application based on the security-related service request command,
acquires the secure state information of the electronic device from the repository, and
processes or ignores the obtained security-related service request command using the applet, on the basis of whether the acquired secure state information of the electronic device satisfies a specified condition,
wherein, in response to the acquired secure state information of the electronic device satisfying the specified condition, the secure element normally processes the obtained security-related service request command to perform a function corresponding to the command and, in
wherein, in response to the acquired secure state information of the electronic device not satisfying the specified condition, the secure element ignores the obtained security-related service request command.
