a plurality of suction fluid passages formed in the body, each of the plurality of suction fluid passages interconnecting the intermediate surface and the suction surface of the body;
a plurality of discharge fluid passages formed in the body, each of the plurality of discharge fluid passages interconnecting the suction surface and the discharge surface of the body;
a first recessed cavity formed in the suction surface;
a first annular insert disposed within the first recessed cavity and having a first tapered surface;
a second recessed cavity formed in the discharge surface and comprising a base surrounded by a side wall; and
a second annular insert disposed within the second recessed cavity and having a second tapered surface, at least a portion of the first annular insert engaging the base;
