1. A polymer dispersion, comprising:
a polymer; and
a solvent, wherein the solvent is bromotrichloromethane, tetrachloromethane or dibromodichloromethane,
wherein the polymer comprises a polymerized unit of Formula 11 below and wherein the polymer has a number average molecular weight of 2,000 g/mol or more:

wherein, R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkylcarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyloxy group, an alkylcarbonyloxy group, a carboxyl group or an aryl group, or are linked to each other to form a ring structure, and n is any number.
