1. A weight-shift controlled hydrofoiling watercraft comprising:
a board having a top surface for supporting a user and a bottom surface;
a hydrofoil including a strut and a hydrofoil wing, the hydrofoil extending from the bottom surface of the board;
a propulsion system attached to the hydrofoil; and
a handlebar having an end portion mounted to the top surface of the board, the handlebar extending from the top surface of the board to provide stability to the user as the user shifts weight to control the hydrofoiling watercraft during operation of the hydrofoiling watercraft, the handlebar not movable relative to the board to steer the watercraft.
