1. A header assembly for a leadless biostimulator, comprising:
a flange including a mounting wall having a central channel extending along a longitudinal axis, wherein the mounting wall includes a neck and a collar, wherein the neck has a neck surface extending longitudinally from a distal shoulder surface of a shoulder to the collar, wherein the collar has a collar surface radially outward from the neck surface, and wherein an outer surface of the mounting wall defines a recess extending around the longitudinal axis and the neck;
a helix mount overmolded on the flange such that the helix mount entirely fills the recess and covers the neck within the recess longitudinally between the distal shoulder surface and the collar, wherein the helix mount includes a hole aligned with the central channel of the mounting wall;
a fixation helix mounted on the helix mount; and
an electrode disposed within the central channel of the mounting wall and exposed to a surrounding environment through the hole.
