1. A composition comprising:
a botanical extract of a leaf of Vaccinium macrocarpon,
wherein the botanical extract is present in an amount of about 50.0 μg/mL to about 500.0 μg/mL,
wherein the botanical extract comprises at least isoquercetin and kaempferol and is free of anthocyanins,
wherein the extract is obtained by extracting dried ground cranberry leaf powder with a solvent of ethanol in water and evaporating the solvent,
a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
wherein the composition exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.
