1. A bed sensing system for monitoring physiological parameters of a user, the bed sensing system comprising:
a flexible sensing structure configured for placement across a bed and comprising:
an array of capacitive sensors;
an array of temperature sensors; and
a processor configured to:
determine a location of the user using the array of capacitive sensors;
select a subset of the array of temperature sensors based on the determined location of the user;
receive one or more signals from the subset of the array of temperature sensors, the one or more signals indicating temperatures across a portion of the flexible sensing structure corresponding to the subset of the array of temperature sensors; and
determine one or more temperature based physiological parameters of the user using the one or more signals.
