1. An automated food making apparatus that comprises:
(a) a carousel; and
(b) at least one canister coupled to the carousel, the at least one canister comprising:
(i) a disposable bag having ingredients therein, the disposable bag being disposed at an upper portion of the canister, and
(ii) a reusable lower portion configured to be removably attached to the disposable bag, the reusable lower portion comprising a paddle,
wherein the disposable bag includes a perforated region at a lower portion of the disposable bag, and
wherein the reusable lower portion of the at least one canister includes sharp edges along a top side of the reusable lower portion, the sharp edges being configured to tear the perforated region of the disposable bag.
