1. An organic electronic device comprising an anode, a cathode, a photoactive layer and an organic semiconductive layer, wherein the organic semiconductive layer is arranged between the photoactive layer and the cathode,
wherein the organic semiconductive layer comprises a compound represented by the following formula (I):

wherein HAr is a group represented by one of the following formulas (II to IV)

wherein the asterisk symbol “*” represents the binding position of the group HAr to the moiety L and;
wherein X may be the same or different from each other and are independently selected from O and S;
L is selected from the group consisting of unsubstituted or substituted C6 to C24 arylene and unsubstituted or substituted C3 to C24 heteroarylene, wherein the one or more substituents, if present, are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C6 to C18 aryl, C3 to C25 heteroaryl, D, F, CN, C1 to C16 alkyl, C1 to C17 alkoxy, nitrile and —PO(R3)2, wherein R3 are independently selected from C1 to C16 alkyl, C6 to C18 aryl or C3 to C25 heteroaryl;
Ar1 is selected from the group consisting of C6 to C60 arylene, C3 to C50 heteroarylene containing at least one heteroatom selected from O, N, S, Si and P, and the following groups represented by the formulas V to VII;

and the one or more R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C6 to C18 aryl, C3 to C25 heteroaryl, D, F, CN, C1 to C16 alkyl, C1 to C16 alkoxy, nitrile and —PO(R3)2, wherein the group R3 is selected from C1 to C16 alkyl, C6 to C18 aryl and C3 to C25 heteroaryl; wherein
m is an integer from 0 to 5;
n is independently an integer from 0 to 4; and
wherein if one or more of HAr, Ar1, L, R1, R2 and R3 and substituent on one or more of HAr, Ar1, and L is a carbon containing group comprising at least one carbon atom directly connected with at least one hydrogen atom, the hydrogen atoms comprised in the carbon-containing group may be partially or fully replaced by deuterium atoms and/or fluorine atoms.
