1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a display area comprising a display element for displaying an image;
a non-display area outside of the display area;
a plurality of conductive wirings in the non-display area and elongated along a first direction, the plurality of conductive wirings being apart from each other;
a first inorganic film between the substrate and the plurality of conductive wirings; and
a second inorganic film between the first inorganic film and the plurality of conductive wirings in a second direction normal to the first direction,
wherein the first inorganic film and the second inorganic film comprises a plurality of slits or openings obtained by partially removing the first inorganic film and the second inorganic film, the plurality of slits or openings being elongated along the first direction and arranged correspondingly to an area between the plurality of conductive wirings, and
wherein a first side end surface of the first inorganic film formed by a slit of the plurality of slits and a second side end surface of the second inorganic film formed by the slit are staggered to expose an upper surface of the first inorganic film.
