1. A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a universal integrated circuit card (UICC), a first message on a first, logical secure element (SE) interface (LSI), the first message including first information indicating that an operation related to at least one LSI is required and second information indicating the at least one LSI;
transmitting, to the UICC, a fetch command on each LSI of the at least one LSI based on the first message, the fetch command being for acquiring a pending proactive command corresponding to the each LSI;
receiving, from the UICC, each proactive command on the each LSI of the at least one LSI; and
transmitting, to the UICC, a response to the each proactive command.
