1. A system for use in geofencing a vehicle, the system comprising:
a device that measures and transmits an output signal;
a cellular device which is configured to receive, record, and/or display the output signal from the device;
a computing device configured to receive the output signal from the device and display the output signal in real-time; and
a graphic user interface on the computing device that allows a system administrator to view and customize options for monitoring the output signal,
wherein the device, the cellular device, and the computing device are connected to each other via a communications network, and
wherein the-device, the cellular device, and the computing device are configured to measure, store, and analyze a position of the vehicle in relation to a preprogrammed geographical area.
