1. A method for wireless communications by a first wireless node, comprising:
transmitting a first frame to a second wireless node, wherein: the first frame includes a first element and a second element;
each of the first element and the second element include at least a first field that corresponds to a first parameter being negotiated by the first wireless node with the second wireless node for a target wake time (TWT) session;
each of the first element and the second element include at least a second field that corresponds to a second parameter being negotiated by the first wireless node with the second wireless node for the TWT session; and
the first frame indicates:
one or more first proposed values for the first parameter for the TWT session; and
one or more second proposed values for the second parameter for the TWT session.
