1. A transmission method, applied to a communications device and comprising:
transmitting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a first control resource set (CORESET), wherein number of resource blocks (RBs) in the first CORESET is less than or equal to number of RBs in a second CORESET, and the second CORESET is configured by higher layer signaling in a physical broadcast channel (PBCH);
wherein a resource parameter of the first CORESET is a default parameter or a resource parameter indicated by a network; or
a resource parameter of the first CORESET is determined based on a resource parameter of the second CORESET;
wherein the resource parameter of the first CORESET comprises at least one of:
bandwidth, a frequency location, a start RB, number of symbols, or PDCCH search space;
wherein in a case that the start RB is a default parameter, the start RB is:
determined by performing offset on a start RB of the second CORESET; or
determined by performing offset on a start RB of a synchronization signal block (SSB); or
determined based on bandwidth of the second CORESET, bandwidth for SSB transmission, and bandwidth of the first CORESET;
wherein number of offset RBs between the start RB and a start RB of the SSB is a minimum offset value or a maximum offset value; wherein
in a case that an RB in the first CORESET comprises an RB used to transmit the SSB or all RBs in the first CORESET are comprised in an RB set of the second CORESET, the minimum offset value is minimum number of offset RBs between the start RB and the start RB of the SSB; and
in a case that an RB in the first CORESET comprises an RB used to transmit the SSB or all RBs in the first CORESET are comprised in an RB set of the second CORESET, the maximum offset value is maximum number of offset RBs between the start RB and the start RB of the SSB.
