1. A device, comprising:
an optical image sensing pixel array having image sensing pixels configured to generate data in response to visible light incident on the image sensing pixels;
a visible light lens system configured to form a visible light image of a scene on a first section of the optical image sensing pixel array;
a first micro mirror array having first micro mirrors;
a first lens system configured to form, on a radiation absorption side of the first micro mirror array, a first image of first radiation of the sensing scene in a first spectrum outside of an image sensing range of the optical image sensing pixel array;
an optical sub-system configured to direct a visible light beam at a mirror side of the first micro mirror array to generate a first visible light pattern on a second section, separate from the first section, of the optical image sensing pixel array; and
a processor connected to the optical image sensing pixel array to receive an output, including: first data generated by the first section of the optical image sensing pixel array and representative of the visible light image of the scene; and
second data generated by the second section of the optical image sensing pixel array and representative of the first visible light pattern generated by the first micro mirror array responsive to the first image of the first radiation of the scene in the first spectrum;
wherein the processor is further configured to analyze the second data to determine angles of rotations of the first micro mirrors in the first micro mirror array and generate third data representative of the first image of the first radiation of the scene in the first spectrum measured via the first micro mirror array.
