1. A response system for modeling a plurality of protection parameters or application of a third-party, the response system comprising:
one or more processing circuits comprising memory and at least one processor configured to:
access one or more endpoints or interfaces of a plurality of computing systems of an entity;
determine at least one operational or security action performed on the plurality of computing systems of the entity based on accessing the one or more endpoints or interfaces;
identify a plurality of first level configurations corresponding to at least one of the at least one operational or security action performed on the plurality of computing systems of the entity of a plurality of entities;
encrypt or tokenize the plurality of first level configurations; and
record the plurality of first level configurations on a distributed ledger or data source.
