1. An electronic device comprising:
a display apparatus;
a communication circuit; and
at least one processor connected to the display apparatus, the communication circuit, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
generate first transaction data comprising at least a first piece of transaction data for transferring at least a part of unused transaction output values of a first address from the first address to a second address different from the first address;
transmit the first transaction data to a server via the communication circuit; receive status information from the server via the communication circuit, the status information indicating a transmission delay status of the first transaction data in a blockchain network;
control to display, through the display apparatus, a first user interface comprising the transmission delay status of the first transaction data;
receive recommendation fee information on transmission of the first transaction data from the server, via the communication circuit;
control to display, through the display apparatus, a second user interface comprising recommended fee indicated by the recommendation fee information; and
generate second transaction data comprising at least a second piece of transaction data for transferring at least a part of the unused transaction output values of the first address from the first address to the second address, based on the recommend fee indicated by the recommendation fee information.
