1. One or more non-transitory computer readable media comprising instructions which, when executed by one or more hardware processors, causes performance of operations comprising:
transmitting a data stream using a first message infrastructure platform comprising a first set of compute resources and network resources;
monitoring transmission characteristics associated with the transmission of the data stream using the first message infrastructure platform;
determining that the transmission characteristics do not correspond to parameters of the first message infrastructure platform;
selecting a second message infrastructure platform having parameters that correspond to the transmission characteristics;
configuring the second message infrastructure platform with a second set of compute resources and network resources;
transitioning from transmitting the data stream using the first message infrastructure platform to transmitting the data stream using the second message infrastructure platform; and
transmitting the data stream using the second message infrastructure platform.
