1. A method for determining network based access to restricted systems, comprising:
receiving a request for a permission access status of a party seeking access to one of the restricted systems;
accessing a database in a computer server, wherein the database includes a periodically updated list of entities;
extracting a name of the party from the request;
determining whether the name does not match one of the entities in the periodically updated list of entities;
decomposing the name into parts in response to the name not matching one of the entities;
determining whether any of the parts of the name match one or more of the entities in the periodically updated list of entities; and
forwarding, from the computer server to an external computing device, a denial of access status, in response to the any of the parts of the name matching one of the entities in the periodically updated list of entities.
