1. A power supply switch circuit, comprising:
a first switch configured to switch a supply of a first power supply voltage to a power supply terminal of a power amplifier; and
a switch driving circuit including a first transistor configured to turn on the first switch, and a second transistor configured to turn off the first switch,
wherein the switch driving circuit further includes a first resistor positioned on a turn-on path that is formed between the first transistor and the first switch when the first transistor is turned on,
wherein a first terminal of the second transistor is connected to a second power supply voltage, and a second terminal of the second transistor is connected to a control terminal of the first switch,
wherein a second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a ground, and
wherein the first resistor is connected between a second terminal of the first transistor and the control terminal of the first switch.
