1. A consent management system, comprising:
a processor configured to:
detect an occurrence of a consent modification triggering event associated with a patient;
in response to detecting the occurrence of the consent modification triggering event, receive a request to modify consent data associated with the patient;
determine a consent modification type associated with the request;
determine a capacity threshold associated with the determined consent modification type;
obtain patient capacity information associated with the patient;
compare the patient capacity information associated with the patient to the capacity threshold associated with the determined consent modification type;
allow modification of the consent data based on the obtained patient capacity information and the comparison;
modify the consent data in accordance with the request; and
update a training data set for a machine learning model based on the modified consent data and wherein training data includes segmented privacy protection boundaries.
