1. A vehicle comprising:
a first vehicle device communicatively coupled with a first user device associated with a first user, wherein the first vehicle device is configured to provide inputs to the first user device;
a camera configured to capture images of the first user in the vehicle; and a processor communicatively coupled with the first vehicle device and the camera, wherein the processor is configured to:
obtain the images;
determine that the first user is operating the first user device in the vehicle based on one or more of the images;
determine the first vehicle device is available responsive to a determination that the first user is operating the first user device;
activate the first vehicle device to enable the first user to operate the first user device via the first vehicle device; and
when usage of the first vehicle device is below a predefined usage threshold, deactivate the first vehicle device for the first user device or activate a first vehicle device sleep mode.
