1. An image signal adjustment method of a detection device, the detection device outputting an image signal comprising a plurality of subpixels, wherein the image signal adjustment method comprises:
locating a subpixel to be adjusted;
analyzing gray-scale values of subpixels in a first direction passing through the subpixel to be adjusted; and
using the gray-scale values of the subpixels in the first direction to calculate a gray-scale value of the subpixel to be adjusted;
analyzing gray-scale values of a plurality of subpixels in a second direction passing through the subpixel to be adjusted;
calculating a first weight value and a second weight value respectively corresponding to the first direction and the second direction; and
using the gray-scale values of the subpixels in the first direction, the gray-scale values of the subpixels in the second direction, the first weight value, and the second weight value to calculate the gray-scale value of the subpixel to be adjusted.
