1. A computer system including at least:
one or more processors; and
a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, result in operations including at least:
receiving, by the computer system via a network, a first dataset from a first remote client device, the first dataset having first values, the first values including a first polarity value that is one of two opposite possible values, a certificate code value that identifies a certain certificate of the first dataset from a plurality of certificates, a first size number that identifies a number of units of the certain certificate of the first dataset, and at least one first range value defining a first numerical acceptable range for matching the first dataset;
processing, by the computer system and responsive to receiving a confirmation, the first dataset so as to match the first dataset with another dataset;
establishing, by the computer system and responsive to the processing, that the matching has been achieved between the first dataset and a second dataset, the second dataset having second values, the second values including a second polarity value opposite to the first polarity value, a certificate code value that identifies the certain certificate, a second size number that identifies a number of units of the certain certificate of the second dataset, and at least one second range value defining a second numerical acceptable range for matching the second dataset, the matching having been performed based on a matched size number of units for the first dataset and second dataset;
based on the matching between the first dataset and the second dataset, causing a first resource to be determined for the first dataset, the causing the first resource to be determined for the first dataset including:
responsive to an electronic service engine communication networking protocol component electronically receiving a request object from an online software platform (OSP) computing system application that requests determination of the first resource and includes values of the first dataset, the electronic service engine communication networking protocol component electronically transmitting, as a background operation while the system simultaneously processes other datasets, the request object to the electronic service engine; and
responsive to the request object, the electronic service engine electronically determining the first resource by application of digital rules;
the electronic service engine electronically sending a response including the first resource to the electronic service engine communication networking protocol component;
responsive to the electronic service engine communication networking protocol component receiving the response including the first resource, the electronic service engine communication networking protocol component electronically sending, as a background operation while the system simultaneously processes other datasets, the response to the OSP computing system application;
inputting, by the computer system and responsive to establishing the matching, the first resource for the first dataset, the first resource having a numerical non-zero value, the first resource having been determined from digital main rules, at least some of the digital main rules including respective conditions and respective consequents associated with the respective conditions, in which it has been recognized that a certain condition of a certain one of the digital main rules is met by at least one of the first values or the second values, the certain digital main rule having a certain consequent, the first resource having been determined by applying the certain consequent to one of the first values or the second values; and
causing, by the computer system and responsive to the inputting, a first notification to be transmitted via the network to the first remote client device, the first notification being about an aspect of the first resource.
