1. A system comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
receiving, from a sensor device associated with a first autonomous vehicle of a fleet of vehicles, sensor data associated with an environment;
determining, based at least in part on the sensor data, a region within the environment associated with a threshold number of pedestrians;
determining a number of vehicles available for delivery service;
determining an item to deliver to the pedestrians within the region;
determining a second autonomous vehicle of the fleet of vehicles to deliver a quantity of the item to the pedestrians within the region; and
causing instructions to be sent to the second autonomous vehicle to transport the quantity of the item to the pedestrians within the region, wherein the second autonomous vehicle is moved to the pedestrians to transport the quantity of the item within the region based at least in part on the instructions.
