1. A system comprising:
a computing device configured to:
determine access of a web page by a user device at a first time;
determine access of the web page by the user device at a second time;
determine, based on a period of time between the first time and the second time satisfying a threshold, an impression metric associated with the user device; and
receive, based on an update associated with the user device, a notification or a recommendation comprising a type of advertisement; and
the user device configured to:
access the web page at the first time and the second time.
