1. A touch display device, comprising:
light-emitting elements on an active area of a display panel;
an encapsulation layer on the light-emitting elements;
X-touch electrode lines on the encapsulation layer, each X-touch electrode line including X-touch electrodes that are electrically connected along a first direction;
Y-touch electrode lines on the encapsulation layer, each Y-touch electrode line including Y-touch electrodes that are electrically connected along a second direction that crosses the first direction;
first touch electrode contact pads electrically connected to the X-touch electrode lines, respectively; and
touch routing lines electrically connected to the X-touch electrode lines through the first touch electrode contact pads, respectively,
wherein the X-touch electrodes comprise a first boundary touch electrode disposed at a first boundary of the active area and a second boundary touch electrode at a second boundary of the active area that is opposite to the first boundary in the first direction,
wherein a shape of the first boundary touch electrode is different from a shape of the second boundary touch electrode,
wherein the first touch electrode contact pads are disposed adjacent to the first boundary, and
wherein the first touch electrode contact pads extend in the second direction.
