1. A method, comprising:
identifying, at a first memory device, a virtual address space associated with a plurality of memory devices, wherein the plurality of memory devices is associated with one or more host domains, and wherein each of the one or more host domains are associated with a respective host device;
generating, at the first memory device, a data packet comprising a first field and a second field, wherein the first field comprises an identifier associated with a second memory device of the plurality of memory devices, wherein the second memory device is associated with a range of the virtual address space, and wherein the second field comprises an address within the range of the virtual address space associated with the second memory device; and
transmitting, from the first memory device to the second memory device, the data packet based at least in part on the identifier.
