1. A method for determining elevation based on structural modeling and light detection and ranging (LIDAR) data, comprising:
generating one or more multi-dimensional models based, at least in part, on photographic data of a physical structure, the one or more multi-dimensional models representing one or more portions of the physical structure that occlude earth from LIDAR signals emitted from above;
determining a structure boundary for the physical structure based, at least in part, on the one or more multi-dimensional models and evaluation of LIDAR data;
determining elevation values for the physical structure based, at least in part, on a buffer boundary derived from the structure boundary; and
using the elevation values for the physical structure to obtain an estimate of insurance.
