1. A tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a weapon-tracking device, effectuate operations comprising:
determining, with one or more processors, an indoor geolocation of a tracker based on first location data received from a first sensor associated with the tracker, wherein the indoor geolocation includes an indoor position of a plurality of indoor-positions of an indoor space;
receiving, with the one or more processors, object use data from a second sensor associated with the tracker, wherein the tracker is associated with an object and the object use data is transmitted by a wireless signal;
determining, with the one or more processors, that a change in the object use data satisfies a change threshold, wherein the change indicates that the object has been operated; and
in response to a determination that the change threshold is satisfied, storing, with the one or more processors, the indoor geolocation and tracker state data that comprises a tracker identifier in a database device state data in a database indicating that the object has been operated.
