1. A flux comprising: a chelate agent; and an organic acid, wherein
the chelate agent comprises at least one compound (C) selected from the group consisting of a compound (C1) of general formula (1), a compound (C3) of general formula (3), and a compound (C7) of general formula (7), and
the organic acid comprises at least one organic sulfonic acid selected from the group consisting of methanesulfonic acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid,

in the general formula (1), R11 is selected from the group consisting of an organic group, —SR101, a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom wherein R101 is an organic group or a hydrogen atom, R12 is a substituent; and n1 is an integer of 0 to 4;
in the general formula (3), R31a and R31b are each independently selected from the group consisting of an organic group, —SR301, a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom wherein R301 is an organic group or a hydrogen atom, and
in the general formula (7), R41 is selected from the group consisting of an organic group, —SR401, a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom wherein R401 is an organic group or a hydrogen atom, R42a and R42b are each independently selected from an organic group, —SR402, a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom wherein R402 is an organic group or a hydrogen atom, and R43a and R43b are each independently selected from an organic group, —SR403, a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom wherein R403 is an organic group or a hydrogen atom.
